AI Solutions Associate (Founder's Office)

You will work with teams to drive impactful change using AI. You will identify real problems, build solutions, and ensure their adoption within six weeks, then rotate to a new team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and solve critical team problems with AI.
• Build AI-driven solutions such as agents, workflows, scoring models, or automations.
• Drive in-person adoption of implemented solutions.
• Document solutions with a runbook and a named owner.
• Produce concise one-page memos with verified financial impact for sign-off.
• Ship approximately 6 projects per year.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 engineering graduate, 0-2 years post-graduation.
• Prior experience in product management, consulting, or building an AI initiative end-to-end.
• Proven track record of shipping AI solutions that have been used by others.
• Working fluency in SQL and spreadsheets for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to write clear and concise memos.
