About the Role
The Production Coordinator at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring that manufacturing and installation tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling and tracking progress.
- Ensure manufacturing and installation tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, project, and procurement teams to align resources, materials, and timelines.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage priorities, and support smooth execution of project deliverables.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Production Planning Skills: Scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of manufacturing workflows.
- Production Management Skills: Monitoring output, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Project Management Skills: Timeline tracking, risk identification, and collaboration with engineering and installation teams.
- Organization Skills: Attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure projects, preferably in industrial or construction environments.
- Working knowledge of production planning tools, ERP or project management software is beneficial.
- Understanding of safety standards and quality assurance practices in manufacturing and installation projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, or a related technical field is preferred.
