About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our offerings.
• Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve our sales strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Familiarity with outbound call center operations.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
