About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning how paid marketing works for D2C brands and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns, data, creatives, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube Ads.
• Support the team in campaign planning, audience research, targeting, and optimization.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & conversions.
• Assist in analyzing campaign data and identifying performance trends.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy requirements.
• Help maintain campaign reports and performance sheets.
• Assist in tracking daily and weekly campaign performance.
• Research competitors, audiences, and current paid marketing trends.
• Learn how to optimize campaigns based on data and business objectives.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Interest in working with D2C brands and paid advertising.
• Candidates with relevant courses, certifications, or practical project experience are welcome.

Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Location: Indore | Work from Office

Experience: 2–3 Months
