Management Trainee

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This role offers a career path with opportunities in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. The program includes training, development, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. This position is located in the Bristol County, MA area, with a flagship branch in Fall River, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Gain experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships within the community to foster business growth.
• Uphold a customer-first approach.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related incidents on driving record within the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be a current resident or relocating to Southeastern Massachusetts or Rhode Island within 30 days of application or post-graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
