The Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Staff, you will contribute to transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals—helping bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Working with experienced team members, you will support the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures. You’ll align with either the TA&D Business or TA&D Technology Strategy team to specialize.

TA&D Business

• Work with project teams and clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
• Support transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks.
• Apply Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum.
• Track risks and resources across workstreams.
• Develop governance materials and portfolio analyses.
• Contribute to business cases, ideation activities, performance reporting, and client-ready storytelling.

TA&D Technology Strategy

• Support teams in shaping the strategic direction for technology within organizations.
• Contribute to operating model and process design.
• Conduct research and analyses involving technologies and concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain.
• Work across environments such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud, and ERP.
• Assist with cost optimization, data modeling, assessments, and process improvement activities supporting large-scale IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals.
• Support the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks.
• Support the design and delivery of program management approaches.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.

• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development.

Ideally, you will have

• Experience contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives, including PMO/EPMO activities, transformation office support, and program or portfolio delivery.
• Exposure to operating model, process design, or capability roadmap activities.
• Experience with technology strategy or IT transformation topics such as operating model design, cost optimization, sourcing strategies, or enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with program and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, Planview).
• Experience working with delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to apply structured frameworks to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Experience contributing to business development efforts, including RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze data and develop clear, executive-ready deliverables.
