What You Will Be Doing

• Help clients and their employees make the most of an international assignment, relocation, or work experience, changing their perception of the world, their career, and the possibilities for them, their families, and the societies where they will live and work.
• Implement and operate technology and data platforms to help clients identify, manage, and comply with the tax, payroll, immigration, and other risks arising from their global mobility programmes and cross-border remote workforce.
• Work on client engagements that help build trust and confidence in the reporting of pay, benefits, and reward packages delivered to their people.
• Develop skills through hands-on experience and coaching to become a leader, while helping organisations evolve their compensation packages to attract, retain, motivate, and excite the right people, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
