About the Role
We are seeking an AI-Native Product Engineer - Generalist passionate about building software products and leveraging AI to accelerate development. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who can learn quickly, adapt across technologies, and take ownership of delivering working software from requirements to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and problem-solving foundations; ability to read, modify, and explain ordinary software code.
- Practical understanding of APIs, relational or document databases, Git, and tests.
- Ability to build useful applications with AI tools while checking and correcting generated output.
- Comfort learning an unfamiliar codebase and breaking an unclear requirement into testable steps.
- Work across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
- Take ownership of features from requirements to deployment.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-2 years of software engineering experience (internships, academic projects, and personal projects considered).
- Strong programming and problem-solving fundamentals.
- Python or TypeScript.
- APIs.
- Git.
- Basic testing.
- Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools.
- Built personal AI projects, experimented with agent workflows, evaluated LLM outputs, or demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and learning agility.
