About the Role
This is a 9-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2027. The role offers hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and insight into working at a global investment firm. Participants will be part of a cohort with various engagement initiatives including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. Successful completion may lead to eligibility for a full-time offer in the Early Career Program after graduation.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate across HR Centers of Excellence, gaining exposure to areas such as HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Develop a broad understanding of how HR functions support employees and business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to contribute to HR initiatives and projects.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify insights and support process improvements across Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives to enhance employee experiences and streamline routine HR processes through automation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating in spring/summer of 2028.
- All majors are welcomed, with a preference for Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- A demonstrated interest in human resources and people strategy.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Agility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI prompting.
