About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Support hiring for multiple roles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer letters.
- Maintain hiring documentation.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings and career page updates.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand staffing needs and meet hiring targets.
- Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.

Qualifications
