About the Role
The Production Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for supporting the manufacturing and assembly of TTM medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment.
- Assemble components.
- Perform routine inspections.
- Document production activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes.
- Coordinate with the quality team to address nonconformities.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with engineering and quality departments to implement process improvements.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure that all products meet regulatory and company specifications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) skills.
- Preventive Maintenance and basic Troubleshooting skills.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow SOPs.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, biomedical, or related field.
- Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
