About the Role
We have an immediate need for an Account Manager at Jonathan Yu State Farm – Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy working with the public. No prior insurance knowledge is required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Compensation
- $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (Salary plus commissions/bonus)
