About the Role
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Stevens Point, WI to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple specialty units. This role offers structured training, supportive teams, and opportunities to grow clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and care for patients based on their clinical needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
- Build and strengthen clinical skills across a variety of patient populations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification for applicable units.
Qualifications
- Experienced RNs and new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
