About the Role
- Remote, part-time project supporting a leading global AI and music technology company.
- Role requires listening to music, analyzing its musical elements, and evaluating AI-generated music descriptions and assessments.
- Focus on details such as melody, harmony, rhythm, instrumentation, sound quality, mixing, and overall musical expression.
- No previous experience in AI, data annotation, or music evaluation projects is required.
- Clear instructions, examples, and guidelines will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to music and analyze melody, harmony, rhythm, and song structure.
- Identify instruments, musical styles, and production techniques.
- Evaluate audio quality, mixing, and musical expression.
- Review AI-generated music analysis and identify inaccuracies.
- Provide ratings and feedback based on guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- DAWs (e.g., Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio).
- Computer access.
- Stable internet.
Qualifications
- Background in songwriting, music composition, or music production.
- Good understanding of music theory and musical structures.
- Strong musical listening and analytical skills.
- Able to understand written instructions in English.
- Attention to detail.
