About the Role
CloudX AI Technologies is a career-focused platform specializing in Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI. We help students and professionals build real-time, industry-ready skills through hands-on training and live projects, aiming to bridge the gap between learning and hiring. This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Bengaluru South.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students and professionals through one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, and career planning discussions aligned with Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI pathways.
- Handle company leads and convert them.
- Assess individual aspirations and skills.
- Guide learners on suitable training programs.
- Assist learners in building resumes and portfolios.
- Prepare learners for interviews and hiring processes.
- Track learner progress.
- Maintain accurate counseling records.
- Collaborate with instructors and placement teams.
- Contribute to career development content and resources.
- Actively participate in events, information sessions, and feedback loops.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling.
- Skills in Career Development and Career Management.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Relevant experience in educational institutions, training academies, or career services, preferably focused on technology or STEM fields.
- Strong understanding of current job market trends in Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching, operations, and placement teams.
- Ability to manage multiple learner cases efficiently.
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A counseling certification or advanced degree is an advantage.
Salary: 1.8 LPA - 4 LPA Depending on performance.
Location: Sector 5, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka.
