At Ericsson, we are driving digital transformation through automation, cloud-native technologies, and modern DevOps practices. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, CI/CD, infrastructure management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, MOPs, and runbooks.
- Engage independently with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions and drive delivery outcomes across multiple projects and environments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Shell scripting (Bash) and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, YAML, and JSON.
- GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit or similar code review tools.
- Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- OpenShift (is a plus).
Qualifications
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow (preferred).
- Telecom domain knowledge.
- GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD).
- Kibana or ELK Stack.
- VMware, OpenStack, or virtualized infrastructure experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Analytical problem-solving and an ownership mindset.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and work in global teams.
