About the Role

The Operational Specialist role at HPIPL is a contract, remote position focused on supporting the efficient delivery and coordination of parking infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring operational processes.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensuring projects and installations adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Tracking performance metrics.
• Identifying process improvements.
• Assisting in the implementation of automation and technology solutions across projects.
• Supporting sales and service teams with operational data, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and identify operational improvements.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients in a remote environment.
• Sales-related skills to support customer inquiries, coordinate with sales teams, and contribute to service-oriented solutions.
• Operations Management skills to oversee processes, ensure adherence to standards, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support the successful delivery of parking infrastructure projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools.
