About the Role

Orange Network Foundation is seeking 10 enthusiastic interns for remote/work from home/on-site internship opportunities in New Delhi/Jodhpur. This is a full-time internship offering hands-on experience in website development, news publishing, content creation, digital journalism, social media management, and research. Interns will work closely with editorial and technology teams to contribute to the development and daily operations of digital platforms. This opportunity is suitable for individuals eager to learn, take responsibility, develop practical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, managing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Research, update, format, and publish news and articles on digital platforms.
• Write, edit, translate, and proofread Hindi and English content.
• Assist in creating news posts, digital graphics, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Conduct research on defence, national security, international relations, current affairs, and strategic developments.
• Use AI tools for research, content organization, translation, editing, and workflow improvement, verifying information independently.
• Assist with website customization, SEO, content formatting, website performance, and user experience improvements.
• Manage social media updates and help increase audience engagement.
• Verify information and sources to maintain accuracy, credibility, and editorial quality.
• Collaborate on new digital initiatives, media projects, and technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Interest in defence, journalism, national security, current affairs, media, or research.
• Good written communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, website management, or web development (for technical roles).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital publishing is an advantage.
• Research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome. Practical ability, dedication, and willingness to learn are important.
