About the Role

This role involves Environment Monitoring, GLP, and Microbial Testing within the Quality Control Microbiology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Environment Monitoring of classified clean rooms.
• Ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) compliance.
• Perform Microbial Testing of products, raw materials, water, and miscellaneous study samples.
• Perform good documentation in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Perform media preparation, and growth promotion tests of in-house prepared and ready-to-use media.
• Perform equipment qualification and coordinate with cross-functional departments for calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment/instruments.
• Complete assigned tasks by supervisor.
• Work after working hours, rotational shift duties, and weekends (if required).
• Maintain self-training records and participate in scheduled training.
• Manage issuance and maintenance of laboratory documents such as test data sheets, SOPs, study protocols, and equipment qualification protocols.
• Maintain all-time readiness (ATR) for internal and regulatory audits.
• Learn and improve knowledge to uphold quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency to read, write, and speak.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology or BSc/MSc (Microbiology/Biotechnology).
• Good communication skills (Verbal as well as email).
• Flexible to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
