About the Role

• Full-time, on-site Volunteer role.
• Based in Kolkata.
• Supports project teams in collecting, organizing, and reviewing data related to real estate and commercial decisions.
• Provides practical exposure to data-driven consultancy work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic research.
• Prepare simple reports or summaries.
• Help maintain project documentation.
• Support team members with administrative and coordination activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to internal process improvements.
• Help with occasional client-facing materials under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct basic research, organize information, and summarize key findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort using common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, document editors).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage time effectively, and follow defined processes.
• Interest in data analytics, commercial real estate, or consulting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn from feedback and new responsibilities.

Preferred but not mandatory

• Prior exposure or coursework in data analytics, commercial real estate, or consulting.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., business, economics, finance, data analytics, or related discipline).
