About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim and sequence clips.
• Apply transitions and effects.
• Enhance audio.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate on video concepts.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines.
• Prepare final deliverables in appropriate formats for various platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of video output.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, formats, and best practices for digital and social media video content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Skills in Video Colour Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain brand consistency.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements and overlays.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong visual storytelling ability.
• Capacity to work under deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
• Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio of prior work is essential.
