Role Description

The Immigration Consultant (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding immigration options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for various visa and residency programs.
• Conduct initial assessments.
• Collect and organize client information.
• Prepare basic application forms.
• Coordinate with senior consultants to ensure applications are processed according to relevant immigration guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails, providing clear updates on application status and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Learn country-specific immigration processes.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of or a strong interest in immigration and global migration.
• Basic understanding of visas and related application procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow country-specific immigration guidelines and application requirements.
• Consulting skills, including client interaction, needs assessment, and solution-focused communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and pay close attention to detail when handling documentation.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Relevant coursework or certification in immigration or international relations is an advantage.
