Cladbe is building the operating system for real-estate developers, managing inquiries, site visits, bookings, payment schedules, and handovers in one place. It connects to property.new, a marketplace for RERA-registered projects.

About the Role

Cladbe is hiring a Full-Stack Flutter Developer to join their core engineering team and build features end-to-end, from the screen to the API.

Initial work will be in Bareilly, followed by a move to Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the platform in Flutter across web and mobile.
• Create fast and simple user interfaces for complex real-estate workflows.
• Write backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, and the APIs behind them.
• Model data in PostgreSQL ensuring data correctness with concurrent user access.
• Implement real-time data synchronization and offline-first capabilities.
• Own quality end-to-end, including performance, releases, and tests.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Flutter and Dart in production, including Flutter Web.
• Experience with state management using Riverpod or BLoC.
• Node.js and TypeScript: experience building APIs.
• PostgreSQL: schema design, transactions, and indexing.
• Experience with real-time sync and offline-first patterns in Flutter, including local cache, queued writes, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to profile and fix performance issues on web and mobile.

Qualifications

• Flutter and Dart in production, including Flutter Web.
• Node.js and TypeScript for API development.
• PostgreSQL for data modeling.
• Implementation of real-time sync and offline-first patterns in Flutter.

Nice to have:

• Experience with event-driven systems (message queues, event buses).
• Experience shipping apps to the Play Store or App Store.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or real-estate products.
