Quality Assurance (QA) Executive / Senior Executive / Manager
Location: Vasai & Virar, Maharashtra
Industry Preference: FMCG | Automobile | Textile | Pharma
About the Role
Seeking Quality Assurance professionals to drive quality excellence in a manufacturing environment. The role requires experience handling multiple SKUs, quality audits, process compliance, and international customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
- Handle customer, supplier, and third-party audits
- Manage export and international quality compliance requirements
- Drive CAPA and root cause analysis initiatives
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and audit records
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve quality standards
- Monitor and maintain quality consistency across multiple product lines/SKUs
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling multiple SKUs/products
- Exposure to export-related quality processes
- Experience handling international/customer audits (e.g., IKEA, Syska)
- Strong knowledge of QMS, CAPA, RCA, SOPs, and quality processes
- Background from FMCG, Automobile, Textile, or Pharma industries
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Location Preference
- Candidates residing on the Western Line, Mumbai will be preferred.
- No relocation candidates will be considered.
