Associate Sales Consultant

About the Role

This full-time Associate Sales Consultant role is based on-site in Gurugram. The Associate Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Explaining policy features and benefits.
• Addressing customer queries.
• Supporting customers through the purchase process.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Following up on leads.
• Working with internal teams to drive conversions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meeting sales targets.
• Adhering to compliance, quality, and service standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform Sales Consulting and Consulting activities, including needs analysis and solution-based recommendations.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a customer-first mindset and responsiveness.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Comfort working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of insurance or financial products preferred.
• Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles in financial services, e-commerce, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent.
• Professional certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility for rotational shifts if required.
