About the Role
The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying tender opportunities.
- Reviewing tender notifications.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Preparing and submitting tender documents.
- Managing pre-qualification requirements.
- Updating tender trackers.
- Ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintaining communication with clients and vendors.
- Clarifying tender specifications.
- Following up on tender status and results.
- Supporting price bid preparation.
- Assisting with contract documentation.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of tender processes and documentation standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
- Experience with document formatting, data entry.
- Basic use of online tender portals or e-procurement platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong tender management and documentation skills.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids.
- Experience handling pre-qualification requirements.
- Experience ensuring compliance with tender conditions.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and finance teams.

- Capability to ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and supporting documents.
- Relevant experience in tendering or commercial operations within engineering, power, railways, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 environments and standard operating procedures will be considered an advantage.
Gross salary range: Rs. 30,000-40,000
