About the Role

The Senior Adviser role at MS ASIAN MOVIES Entertainment is a part-time, remote position focused on providing strategic guidance and expert insights to support the company’s creative, business, and distribution decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing project proposals and scripts.
• Advising on content selection and market positioning.
• Offering recommendations on partnerships, investments, and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders to refine business plans.
• Evaluating risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the development of long-term growth initiatives.
• Mentoring team members.
• Participating in virtual meetings.
• Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and decision-making frameworks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the film, media, or entertainment industry, with strong understanding of production, distribution, and audience trends.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, advisory roles, or senior leadership, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present insights to executive stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and respond promptly to advisory requests.
• Familiarity with Asian film markets, cultural contexts, and international content distribution is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Media Studies, Film, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
