About the Role

The Writer will create clear, engaging, and well-researched content supporting the Arab Media Intelligence Network (AMIN)'s focus on media and data intelligence in the MENA region. This is a contract role, based on-site in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry trends.
• Interview subject matter experts.
• Draft articles, reports, and community updates.
• Refine content based on editorial feedback.
• Collaborate with network coordinators and contributors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of written materials.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and compelling content for diverse professional audiences.
• Ability to conduct thorough research, synthesize complex information, and present insights related to media, data, and technology trends.
• Experience creating content for professional networks, publications, or knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging with local and regional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with media or data intelligence is an advantage.
• Additional proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial.
