About the Role
At Intervue, we aim to revolutionize the interview process. Intervue is an on-demand interview platform that streamlines hiring by outsourcing live interviews with real professionals. This saves bandwidth, reduces time-to-hire, and enhances the candidate experience, making it a trusted partner for companies seeking top talent. We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern – Scheduling to support our team. In this role, you will interact with interviewers and candidates, ensure interviews happen on time, schedule and reschedule as necessary, and facilitate a smooth interview experience for both parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly reporting activities.
- Schedule & reschedule interviews on the platform.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of participants/candidates to the coding platform, resolving any issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients & candidates via calling.
- Handle support calls efficiently and provide swift resolutions.
- Monitor the live dashboard.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good customer relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to devote 9 hours a day
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Remote
- Timings: Night Shift (4:30 am to 1:30 pm), 6 days a week
