Intune /MDM Admin

About the Role

• L1.5 MDM Support Engineer
• Focus: Proactive and customer-focused support for enterprise mobile device management environments.
• Act as an escalation point for L1 teams.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 teams to resolve complex issues.
• Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
• Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Device Management & Administration

• Manage and support mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Assist users with device enrollment, registration, and onboarding.
• Monitor device compliance and security posture.
• Configure and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments.
• Support management for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices.

Incident & Service Request Management

• Handle L1.5 incidents, service requests, and escalations related to MDM platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide troubleshooting documentation.
• Resolve issues related to device synchronization, application deployment, email access, and compliance.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor MDM platform health and service availability.
• Generate compliance, enrollment, and inventory reports.
• Assist in auditing and maintaining device lifecycle records.

Security & Compliance

• Support the implementation of security policies, conditional access, and device compliance controls.
• Collaborate with security teams to address security incidents related to managed devices.
• Ensure adherence to organizational mobility and security standards.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Document issue resolutions and operational procedures.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher.
• Minimum 02 years of relevant experience.
