Health And Wellness Coach

About the Role

Simply The Best Wellness Hub is a growing health and wellness center focused on helping individuals build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. The organization offers personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, and weight management support to clients across diverse age groups and backgrounds. It aims to create an inclusive, supportive environment where clients can set realistic goals and receive ongoing encouragement and expert advice. Team members collaborate to deliver holistic wellness solutions that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

This is a full-time Health and Wellness Coach role in a hybrid setup, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, helping clients set and achieve realistic health and wellness goals.
• Assess client needs.
• Develop personalized wellness and nutrition plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Educate clients on healthy habits, lifestyle changes, and weight management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals.
• Participate in workshops or events.
• Contribute to client engagement initiatives and program improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Health & Wellness and Wellness Coaching.
• Practical knowledge of Nutrition and Weight Management.
• Coaching skills, including goal setting, active listening, and motivational support.
• Interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, record-keeping, and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in health coaching, nutrition, fitness, or related fields are beneficial.
• Experience in client-facing roles, especially in wellness or healthcare settings, is an advantage.
