About the Role

• 6-month paid internship in SRAM Design and Layout.
• Open to graduates from Uttarakhand, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and other regions.
• Work location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
• Eligible batches: 2026, 2025, and 2024.
• Branches: ECE, EE, IT, and CS.

Key Responsibilities

• SRAM Design:
• Circuit design, simulation, and analysis of SRAM bit cells and peripheral circuits.
• SRAM Layout:
• Custom layout development, physical verification, and layout optimization.
• Receive guidance from experienced engineers and gain practical exposure to SRAM development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of semiconductor devices, CMOS fundamentals, and basic circuits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning, teamwork, and a career in VLSI.
• Graduates trained at VLSI institutes in circuit design or physical layout are welcome.
• Bright, hardworking freshers with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
• Prior VLSI training is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduation from ECE, EE, IT, or CS branches.
• Eligible batches: 2026, 2025, and 2024.
