Job Summary

Suncasa is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements to provide suitable product recommendations.
• Handle customer queries, product demonstrations, and sales transactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordination for stock availability.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic store documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Coordinate with the store manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or POS systems.
• Sales-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve targets.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-friendly personality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service will be preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Compensation

• Annual CTC: ₹3–4 LPA, based on experience and suitability.
