Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: To interpret data, assess business performance, and support decision-making.
• Consulting and Management Consulting skills: To diagnose client needs, design solutions, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Communication skills: To engage stakeholders, lead discussions, and present findings clearly.
• Finance skills: To understand budgets, ROI, and the financial impact of proposed solutions.
• Relevant experience in business consulting, e-learning, or training and development is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications in consulting or project management are a plus.
