Software Engineering Intern (US)

About the Role

TELUS Digital is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, full-time (approx. 11 weeks, 40 hours/week) internship offers the opportunity to contribute to real client projects and learn from experienced team members. Interns are integral to the teams and are expected to maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).

• Locations: Columbus, OH, Charlottesville, VA, or Durham, NC.
• Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work permanently for any employer in the U.S.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with mobile or web development using languages like Swift, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience with a mobile or web project completed in school or personal time.
• Interest or experience integrating AI technology into development.
• Self-starter with a passion for embracing new technologies.
• Intellectually curious with a drive to understand platform specifics.
• Commitment to delivering quality code for best-in-class digital experiences.
• Appreciation for good design and an eye for details.

• Plan to graduate in Fall/Winter 2027 or later.
