Entry Level Recruiter

About the Role

NDX Human Capital Solutions is seeking a high-performing entry-level professional for a Recruiter position. This role offers a challenge and growth opportunity within a company focused on high character, integrity, and grit, building strong relationships, and helping people find their desired careers. The Recruiter will partner with NDX leadership to achieve hiring targets. A training program is provided to teach the recruiting business and support career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance.
• Support NDX growth by recruiting professionals who deliver superior client-service, are great communicators, problem solvers, and embody a collaborative spirit.
• Develop an evolving understanding of NDX culture, pipeline, processes, protocols, and service to source, recruit, and hire top talent.
• Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM (Bullhorn), social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities within CRM (Bullhorn).
• Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations to optimize the recruiting process over time.
• Handle employee referrals with care and collaboration.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Effective communicator.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Strong marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Build solid, effective working relationships with others both internally and externally.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred experience in retail, customer service, or athletics.
