- How to use modern tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and CRM systems
- How to communicate clearly and handle high-stakes conversations
- How to stay sharp and productive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to candidates
- Run recruiting workflows from outreach to offer
- Schedule and track interviews
- Keep tools and systems organized
- Help shape recruiting strategy and process
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Class of 2026 or recent grad
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Curious, sharp, and quick learner
- Organized and detail-focused
- Genuine interest in startups, tech, and recruiting
- Hustler mentality: you want to win, not just show up
- Bonus: experience with VC, recruiting, sales, or startup internships
