Graphic Designer

About the Role

• Transform client ideas into original, print-ready apparel designs for fraternities, sororities, and student organizations.
• Pitch your own design concepts and creative directions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay current with fashion, college culture, and Greek life trends.
• Keep the digital design library organized and up to date.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure designs meet expectations.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Shift & Employment

• Night shift, aligned with US business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US time).
• Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality apparel designs (T-shirts, pants, hoodies, hats, etc.) based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Propose unique design concepts and creative directions.
• Prepare mockups, design proofs, and final files ready for printing and production, meeting fast turnaround times.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in fashion, college culture, and Greek life.
• Organize and maintain the digital design library, including logos, templates, and previous designs.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure designs meet quality standards and expectations.
• Provide support for the team and business as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong portfolio of original design work; apparel, fashion, or branding work is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong vector illustration skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good understanding of color, typography, and apparel/textile design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, adapt to various design styles, and respond promptly during working hours.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Freshers are welcome if they possess the required skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with US college and Greek life culture.
• Experience creating print-ready files and working with production specifications.
• Prior experience in apparel design or branding.
