Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized intervention plans.
• Provide evidence-informed therapy to support children’s communication, language, speech, and social communication skills.
• Develop individualized goals.
• Document progress through session notes, reports, and periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization at home and in everyday environments.
• Work closely with occupational therapists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in parent consultations, team discussions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• BASLP or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing, as applicable to professional eligibility.
• Relevant professional registration, where required.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in pediatric practice may also apply.
