Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to expand our market presence across Bihar.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the market and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Visit retailers and distributors to promote products and build business relationships.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Conduct farm demonstrations to explain product benefits to farmers.
• Organize and participate in farmer meetings to promote products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and farmers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor market activities and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: graduate.
• Candidates with Agriculture or related backgrounds are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and visit rural markets.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and fieldwork.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
