About the Role
The Process Associate will be responsible for handling alerts received in FRM applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Upon receiving alerts (notifications) in FRM applications, contact the customer using the client's customer calling application.
- Confirm with the customer whether the transaction was initiated by them.
- Mark or record the customer's response in the application.
