About the Role

VEERAN CUP is looking for a motivated Football Recruitment Executive to recruit young football players for our international youth exposure programs and football tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit talented young football players.
• Build relationships with football academies, coaches, schools, and parents.
• Promote international football exposure programs in destinations such as Spain, Thailand, and Malaysia.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.
• Counsel parents about program details, fees, and international opportunities.
• Coordinate player trials, assessments, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.
• Maintain player databases and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in football and youth sports development.
• Sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently with parents and academy owners.
• Willingness to travel for academy visits and recruitment activities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
