About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, helping to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role is part of a Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering relevant, timely, and accurate information to provide strategic, financial, and operational feedback on business performance. It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting overall accounts typically stored in a general or nominal ledger.

Key Responsibilities

• Post journal entries and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash forecasting statements and support month-end closing.
• Prepare reports and support audits.
• Provide financial controls and reporting to support effective management of CFM activities.
• Support project-level cost and expense reporting, invoice generation and tracking, project financial tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Solve routine problems using precedents and general guidelines.
• Work primarily with the immediate team and direct supervisor.
• Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
• Contribute as an individual team member within a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs or KPIs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of general ledger and balance sheet processes.
• Knowledge of invoice generation and tracking, client reporting, and fund reporting.
• Managing Fixed assets and intercompany processing & reporting.
• Finance Operations and financial reporting capabilities.
