About the Role
Evergreen Healthcare Group is offering free training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This program provides paid training for CNA licensure, allowing you to start a career in the healthcare industry as a Nursing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a 4-week training class.
- Gain a basic understanding in patient care.
- Participate in lecture and practical experience with an emphasis on adult/geriatric care.
- Upon successful completion of the training program and state exam, you will be eligible for state Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Work in one of our Centers for a minimum of 6 months as a Nursing Assistant after successful completion of the program and state exam.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be reliable.
- Able to pass a background screening.
- Able to commit to completing the 4-week class.
- Able to provide 2 references.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at completion of class.
- No experience is required; however, direct experience is not turned away.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to take the exam for state Nursing Assistant Certification upon graduation from the program.
