About the Role
We are seeking a logistics and supply chain executive to ensure daily order processing across various platforms including Website, Amazon, Flipkart, and other B2B channels. This is a highly hands-on role focused on monitoring stock levels, coordinating shipments, and managing customer communications regarding deliveries. You will be responsible for Supply chain management.
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Logistics & Inventory Specialist at Ecomous in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Track & Process daily/weekly/monthly orders across all channels.
- NDR case management for failed deliveries.
- Handling Order Returns.
- Daily Inventory and Stock management & factory coordination.
- Reporting & Analytics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to grasp logistics and order management.
Qualifications
- Excellent Logistics & Inventory management skills.
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory), both verbal and written.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to analyze inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Previous experience in a logistics or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong fluency in English & Hindi is a pre-requisite.
