About the Role
MomsMade is building India’s largest clean-label traditional sweets and snacks brand of North India. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Supervisor based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day inventory operations.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts.
- Ensure accurate inventory records across storage and production areas.
- Supervise inventory staff and assign tasks.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Analyze inventory data to identify variances, waste, or shrinkage.
- Implement corrective actions to improve inventory control and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Support smooth order fulfillment.
- Uphold product quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
- Experience in Physical Inventory processes, including cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
- Inventory Control capabilities, including stock reconciliation, documentation, and process compliance.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
