About the Role

Design Asylum Studio LLP is a branding, packaging, and UI/UX studio with over 10 years of experience. We manage social media for a diverse range of brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot trends, formats, and audio early, and pitch how our brands can use them.
- Build monthly content calendars for carousels, statics, reels, and stories, and keep them on schedule.
- Generate post and reel ideas, and gather references for designers and scriptwriters.
- Identify and reach out to relevant creators and influencers for collaborations.
- Track key metrics such as reach, saves, shares, watch time, and follower growth weekly.
- Assist in preparing monthly client reports.
- Monitor competitor pages and identify successful strategies.
- Participate in shoots as required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts and their content promotion algorithms.
- Ability to identify trends and explain their viral mechanisms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for pitching ideas to creators.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach.
- Organized with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and communications effectively.
- Creative thinker who proposes unique ideas.
- Strong written English.
- Hindi or Hinglish is a bonus.
Nice-to-have
- Experience running and actively posting on a personal social media page.
- Proven success with personal reels or posts, with the ability to explain their performance.
- Prior experience working with creators or influencers.
- Basic editing skills in apps/websites or design skills in Canva.
- Experience with marketing projects, internships, or freelance gigs.
