About the Role

Clubside Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize travel itineraries.
• Handle travel inquiries.
• Advise clients on destinations, accommodations, and transport options across West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Andaman, and the Northeast.
• Manage bookings and reservations.
• Prepare quotations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements with vendors.
• Ensure accurate documentation and confirmations.
• Deliver responsive customer service.
• Resolve travel-related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional attractions, regulations, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize tour packages and support client experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Travel Consulting skills related to destinations, routes, and itineraries.
• Travel Management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of tour operations.
• Travel Arrangements skills, covering transport, accommodation, activities, and vendor coordination.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
• Skills in managing Reservations and booking systems with attention to accuracy and timelines.
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages, with clear written and verbal interaction.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and online booking tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or travel management systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry, especially in domestic or adventure travel, is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
