About the Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Help shape the future of shopping experiences and connect people with products and experiences that enrich their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work, including moving, bending, and standing.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
