Data Engineer-Business Intelligence

About the Role

As a Data Engineer: Business Intelligence, you will design, build, and manage solutions using web-based BI reporting technology to provide personalized features and intuitive designs. You will integrate Business Intelligence Platforms to enable seamless toggling between reporting and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build web-based BI reporting solutions that offer personalized features, such as drill-down capabilities and intuitive design kits, to enhance user experience.
• Integrate Business Intelligence Platforms to enable users to easily toggle between reporting and analysis tasks, promoting efficient workflow and informed decision-making.
• Develop reports that can be distributed via various channels, including the web, email, portals, or file servers, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.
• Implement dashboard tools, such as Tableau, Click, and Scorecards, to create interactive and informative visualizations that support business intelligence.
• Manage and maintain BI reporting solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability, leveraging expertise in Cognos, Actuate, and MicroStrategy.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Exposure to Business Intelligence concepts, tools, and technologies, including reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Hands-on experience with web-based BI reporting technologies, such as Cognos, Actuate, and MicroStrategy.
• Understanding of dashboard tools like Tableau, Click, and Scorecards, including their application in creating interactive visualizations.
• Exposure to integrating Business Intelligence Platforms to enable seamless interaction between reporting and analysis tasks.
• Ability to develop reports that can be distributed via various channels, including the web, email, portals, or file servers.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Preferred Education)
